• Manufacturing Process

The concern purchase cotton from cotton merchants. It is sent to mixing department, cotton are mixed and then sent to blow room department and then cotton are sent to carding department and then sent to drawing department and then to simplex department and then to spinning department and sent to cone winding and then to cheese winder and then to doubling and then to reeling machine and sent to packing department. The unit produces export quality of yarn.

• Commercial Feasibility

The demand for the cotton yarn is in increasing trend. The export of cotton yarn is also in increasing effectively. It can be assumed that there will be continuous demand for the product during the next ten years.

• Land

Land required for the expansion is already owned by the promoters which is sufficient for the present & future expansion.

• Technical Feasibility

The unit is situated at Senjerimalai, near Palladam, Coimbatore District. Coimbatore district is famous for spinning mills. Many spinning mills are situated in and around the area. Coimbatore is called as Manchester of South India. Palladam is well connected with the Transport facilities such as National Highways, Air Port and Railways etc., the unit have high tech machineries which help to produce quality products.

• Availability Of Power & Water

The unit is having efficient power to discharge the present and future power requirement. The unit has already installed separate dedicated feeder towards 24 hours power supply. The unit also makes arrangements and purchasing private power from private sector. So power will not be problem for this unit. Water requirement is very minimal for this type of industry.

• Availability Of Labour

The unit is situated at Senjerimalai, near Palladam. Skilled and experienced labours are available at Sultanpet and near by villages. The working process involved is mostly of repetitive nature and hence there is no problem in training labours. The unit is having already sufficient labours. Hence, labour will not be a problem to meet present and future requirements.

• Building

The promoters are already having a Building at Senjerimalai. The building is sufficient for present and future purpose.

• Stores & Spares

Coimbatore being an industrial centre, stores and spares can be easily obtained at competitive rates. Major Cotton merchants have their selling offices at Coimbatore.
